• Front Desk & Concierge: to provide the guest a very personalized customer service reception/registration of guests, information and making reservations for tours, activities, restaurants events and in general all the guests needs. Guest reservations by phone and/or email.
• Management tasks such as the cash register check-in/check-out reports for housekeeping and the restaurant, control of charges to each room (from the bar, restaurant, etc.), maintenance housekeeping personnel and security.
• Night Manager: to audit the day’s work of the front desk, also the regular front desk work, customer service, staff supervision, prepare reports for the following day shifts, reservations.
• Bartender: maintain a clean, organized and well stocked bar to prepare drinks and cocktails rapidly; offer beverages; take orders. Responsible of cashier, purchasing and inventories.
