Responsibilities:
During this time, I was responsible for reducing bad debt write-offs by proactively monitoring high-risk accounts, taking corrective actions, and coordinating efforts to maximize revenue collection while ensuring client satisfaction. Responsible for recovering outstanding debt through effective strategies and consistent communication with clients. Accountable for managing billing cycles (30, 60, 90, and 120 days) and client-facing Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs). I oversaw attendance, leave management, and team benefits, including vacations, medical leaves, and bonuses. I also conduct interviews and manage vacation planning.

Achievement: I contributed to hosting a new process called Disputes. As a result, the process improved the resolution of disputes regarding invoices wrongly charged, increasing revenue and client satisfaction. Our team recovered over 21 million in three months before the quarter ended, which was 92% of the portfolio.
