• Handled incidents and troubleshooting for Broadband, Dedicated Internet Access (DIA), and MPLS circuits, ensuring high availability and timely resolution.

• Administered and maintained Cisco and Juniper Provider Edge (PE) routers as part of the core service infrastructure.

• Claro (Costa Rica)
  Contributed to the service delivery team supporting Claro’s national core network. Led the migration of core routers from Cisco to Huawei AR series. Responsibilities included:
  Planning and coordinating maintenance windows for network integration
  Performing configuration, testing, and full deployment of core routers
  Ensuring minimal downtime during cutovers through meticulous pre-staging and validation
• Liberty (Costa Rica)
  Deployed on-site as a network engineer to conduct benchmarking and compliance testing (RFC 2544) for newly integrated devices across Liberty's core network infrastructure. Focused on performance validation and service assurance.
• Tigo (Costa Rica)
  Worked in the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) core engineering team. Responsibilities included:
  Managing and troubleshooting multi-vendor network infrastructure (Cisco, Juniper, Nokia, Alcatel, Fortinet, Raisecom)
  Maintaining and supporting Tigo’s DWDM backbone with Coriant/Infinera devices
  Administering and operating Cirpack SBCs for voice and telephony services
  Providing full-shift operational support and participating in weekly on-call rotations for incident response and escalation
