Perform Business and Risk Analysis for ANH group (Animal Nutrition and Health), analyze process and sub-process for Credit Management, Collections, Disputes, Bad Debt Reserves, Cash Applications and Billing, to perform report outs, KPIs metrics, business presentations and operational meetings for stakeholders and staff.

Credit Risk Analyst:

• Obtained and reviewed credit reports, credit references, credit insurance and financial statements to establish credit limits for new accounts.
• Recommended approval or disapproval of commercial credit limits.

• Project “Maestro” (PTP & CSSP), this project standardized the process for the purchasing and accounts payable department (CSSP) for LATAM and South America (APBU)
• My role was based on the analysis of the data following all the necessary parameters and requirements of the project to ensure the integrity and functionality of the data for the implementation of the new software
• Other tasks included the creation of large volume databases in Excel from different sources, and supporting our international team and external customers to solve any data related issues.
• Compiled daily field report, detailing all key activities and outlining project progress for stakeholders.

• In charge of the migration and implementation of the Energy business unit from the United States to Costa Rica, which included the creation of procedure manuals, documentation, General Ledger, Journal Entries, Accounting Cycle, Taxation, Financial Reports, Accounts Receivable Analysis, G&A, Banks and Accounts Payable.
• Set up and improved accounting systems and processes to meet business needs and maximize operational success.

• Finance Manager in charge of the finance and Backoffice team, responsible for establishing all financial requirements for a new company branch in Costa Rica, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Taxes, Financial Reporting, Payroll, Accounts Receivable, G&A, Banking and Accounting Cycle.
• Executed vendor setup and payment, administration of bank accounts and account reconciliations.
• Reviewed documentation and identified financial discrepancies where applicable.

• Manage the local accounting department (CR), responsible for the accounting personnel, the duties of the position included reporting to the head office in the United States the financial movements, through the Accounting Cycle, Taxes, Financial Reports, Payroll, and bank movements
• Assist the US Accounts Payables department by analyzing data reports and uploading to the J.P Morgan Chase platform, to ensure the integrity of the payment data.
