  • Built an enhancement for an automation tool (APT) currently use by analysts based in Costa Rica, Bulgaria, India and Atlanta in different teams and BUs (CORE, RELA, Partner Ops, Sales Ops, Carbon Black, EUC), which increased productivity by 500% and quality of work by 3%, for a return on investment of approx 175.000 yearly.
