• Hired as a customer service representative to assist during the holiday season to major US Company Target Store
• The main job was to handle replacements, modify the address, or assisting customers in completing orders over the phone.

• Provide offline customer assistance to Masterclass.com
• The main job was to answer all general questions regarding customers' profiles, resetting the password, and processing refunds when applicable.

• Hired as a customer service representative to verify transactions offline and over the phone, the point was to make sure the transaction was legit and in line with the company's internal policy; Subsequently promoted to AML Compliance Analyst, reviewing cases in light with US AML regulations and preparing them for manager review and approval.
