• Develop the collection and recovery strategy of the Cooperative at an operational and strategic level in its different stages (low, medium, high CJ arrears and written-off portfolio.

• Carry out credit risk analysis in order to minimize the risks associated with the operation
• Perform portfolio analysis to present to the Board of Directors, determine the current status of the loan portfolio, analyze the main indicators, mitigators and possible recommendations to reduce the levels of delinquency.
• Perform financial and credit risk analysis to prepare a proposal for decision-making and profitability of the company.
• Structuring the loan portfolio by segment, in order to control and make decisions about the most affected business segments and how to reduce risk exposure.
• Classification of the economic activity of all new companies that join the Bank, in order to report to SUGEF.
• Classification of debtors by generator and non-generator of foreign currency, for correct reporting to SUGEF.
• Analysis of new Business and Corporate cases and those with delinquency levels greater than 90 days, in order to offer them an alternative solution.
• Analysis of the economic environment of the country and international
• Determine the payment capacity of business clients based on projected Financial Statements and Cash Flows. Apply internal credit policies of the Cooperative and SUGEF, in order to reduce credit risk based on Law 8204 and SUGEF 01-05.
• Comprehensive analysis of the company and creation of stress scenarios. Preparation of credits, Credit Presentations for the Credit Committee, Mortgages, Data Collection, Study and Credit feasibility.
• Development of a balanced scorecard of financial indicators.
• Visits to Potential and Current Clients.
• Develop action and contingency plans that allow establishing payment arrangements and controlling the delinquency rates established by General Management
• Management of the portfolio of (collection) improvements in the recovery indicators and contact with associates in arrears greater than 90 days.
• Registry of operations and management of regulatory controls for SUGEF, FINADE among others.
• Presentation of KPIs for the development of management, internal improvement processes. Presentation of monthly and quarterly results to Management (Dashboards, Pivot Tables and results reports.)
