• At Encora I work as a Fullstack Senior Software Engineer working with Ruby on Rails on the Backend and Vue.js in the frontend.
• Work developing new features and solving problems that arise on the platform, having always great communication.
• Running also the role of a Relationship Manager handling all the needs of the team in Costa Rica and Honduras with our client.
• Worked with project managers, developers, quality assurance and customers to resolve technical issues.

Main tasks executed in the project:

• Management task related to the local and Honduras team.
• Feature development.
• Bug Fixing.

My major contribution for MobileCause is feature development and bug fixing. This allows the project to complete its feature roadmap faster and get to more clients.

Technologies: Ruby on Rails 4.2/5.2, Vue.js, Javascript, HTML5/CSS3, MySQL.

• Worked as a Full-Stack developer using Ruby on Rails on the backend and Angular 1.6 on the Front End.
• Worked solving problems and implementing new solutions for the CLMA project where my day to day activities included creating new features for the client, assessing the client on which is the best approach to solve an issue taking into consideration technical and business needs.
• Managed kickoff meetings for new features or projects keeping continuous communication with the client’s team to keep everyone on the same page

Main tasks executed in the project:

• Gathering requirements from the client.
• Feature development.
• Bug Fixing.
• Run specific maintenance scripts on the DB on schedule and ensure that everything runs ok.

My major contribution for the CLMA is the feature development, because by ensuring to capture the requirements of my client correctly I’ve been able to build new core functionality to the system that attracted a lot of new clients and new investors.

Technologies: Ruby on Rails 4.0.6, Angular 1.6, Javascript, HTML5/CSS3, Highcharts, D3, MySQL.

• Worked as a Full-Stack Developer using Ruby on Rails for the backend and jQuery, HTML5, CSS3 and pure Javascript for the frontend.
• Worked as main developer in a project call Smarter Select creating custom solutions for the client according to his requirements.
• Got promoted to Tech Lead and had the opportunity to create an onboarding process for new developers, introduce them to the client's tools and business needs
• Train junior developers and assisted with technical questions or difficulties.
• As part of Growth Acceleration Partners growth and training efforts I also had the chance to put together trainings in a wide variety of technical topics.
• Migrated the project from legacy Rails 2.3 to 4.2.3 and Ruby from 1.8.7 to 2.3

• Worked on projects for famous brands such as American Express, Nascar, NBA, Sanofi Pasteur, Mylan and many more.
• I collaborated with a team of 5 people building all kinds of emails, such as Simple Design Emails, Complex Design Emails, Adaptative Emails, Fluid Emails, Responsive Emails, always following standards and guidelines.

Main tasks executed in the project:

• Build Simple, Adaptive, Responsive Emails.
• Create documentation of the Do and Don’t of the process.
• Training other team members.

As creative engineer my main contribution to the company was an entire documentation on how to build emails using all the best tips and tricks to ensure the best display for the clients and the training given to an entire team on how to make emails.
