I am part of an engineering team in charge of developing migration tools for translating different database languages to Snowflake SQL. Some of my responsibilities include:

• Giving support to a parser tool in charge of recognizing and processing the database language's syntax.
• Giving support to a conversion tool in charge of translating the specific language syntax to it's Snowflake syntax equivalent.
• Developing features to communicate the migration tool with an API in charge of uploading some reports created during the migration.
• Design the reports that contain some important data related to the migration.
• Collaborate in architectural solutions designs.
• Design and create UI improvements to the application that offers the migration experience.
• Research and analysis of workable solutions, as well as implementing them delivering quality code. Consistently implementing constant unit and integration testing.

Initially, I was part of a product team in charge of the continuous improvement of automation software, which I had been working on during the internship. Then I was assigned to a product team in charge of developing a migration tool for translating some database languages like Oracle, SQL/PLSQL, Teradata, and others to Snowflake SQL. Some of my responsibilities include:

• Research and analysis of workable solutions, as well as implementing them delivering quality code. Consistently implementing constant unit and integration testing.

• I was in charge of solving customer-reported issues and implementing new features in automation software. This software was used to interact with, and test applications migrated from one specific language to another.
