  • I started as an SDR (Sales development rep) calling company owners to see if they needed a Virtual Assistant and providing all the benefits and the value our VAs could bring to their business. Then I was moved to QA where I had to listen to the SDRs calls and make sure they were following the right process and procedures of calls. Then I was promoted to work with management completing hourly Sales reports and end of the day reports, email and calendar management, Excel/Word reports.
