General Role:

Orchestrate the efforts of the WWL Onboarding Team by designing strategies to execute operational tasks in an effective and smart way and monitor task execution ensuring internal alignment.

Responsibilities:

•Trusted Advisor to Microsoft Area Learning and Landing Program Manager

•Subject Matter Expert in MCAPS Academy and SYJ Onboarding

•Managing team decisions and action completion

•Reviewing ad-hoc requests for the team

•Coaching on effective communications with FEMs

•Gather feedback across areas/FEMs to enable timely reactions swiftly and anticipate needs

•Land and contribute to the development and management of learning programs and initiatives for relevant audiences by identifying organizational needs

•Support building workstream structure on internal onboarding processes and adding new resources and tools to add structure

•Partner with Area Consultants to review creation and landing of the Onboarding Area Learning Paths

•Collaborate with Area lead to design and implement solutions to improve FEM engagements

•Review with area consultants Area content to provide recommendations and best practices

• Responsible for English and Technology learning Program in conjunction with Costa Rica's Ministry of Work (MTSS)
• Recruited and onboarded a team of over 50 professionals in English and technology (Javascript, CSS/HTML, Python, Email Marketing, Functional Testing)
• Managed project budget and resourcing for up to 12 projects with overall budget of approx US$ 180K
• Created curriculum outlines and processes for English courses (A1 to B2) and technology courses (including python, front-end, email marketing among others)
• Increased customer satisfaction through effective communication of program goals and expectations.
• Executed reporting for operations and executive levels
• Managed customer escalations and issues.
• Interacted with customers and clients to identify business needs and requirements.

• Developed a Parent Training Program for coaching parents and young adults in emotional and physical wellbeing
• Coaching for parents on development and education strategies for dealing with their children in a healthy and growth-focused environment
• Coaching of teenagers and adults on emotional management, goal setting and self-improvement
• Helped children with slower learning curves develop reading, writing, and studying techniques.
