• Supporting guests via phone, email, and chat with check-in and general inquiries
• Troubleshooting technical or organizational challenges
• Ensuring smooth hostel operations
  

This experience further developed my communication skills, fast problem-solving skills, and my ability to work independently in a digital environment.
