The role consisted on monitoring and preventing any self damage from the hospital patients, as falling from their beds or from removing their own devices has foley's, IV, heart monitors between others I had to look after hospital patient's, preventing any possible damage that they might done to themselves, in the meantime beyond simply resolve problems, in some cases I had to provide support and create a positive environment to increase the positive word of mouth referrals therefore my main goal was to give a human interaction with a sensitive and complex treat that require personalized attention

As customer service representative, I was responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing support through various communication channels, such as phone calls, emails, live chat to provide an excellent service I had to show my communication skills, patience, empathy, and problem-solving abilities, whenever a call comes, you must listen carefully to customers, understand their concerns, and provide appropriate solutions in a professional and courteous manner

My responsibilities were to generate leads and follow up with potential customers through calls, emails, and meetings

They present product demonstrations, explain features and benefits, and answer any questions clients may have

Strong negotiation skills are essential, as a sales agents at that period of time I must had closen deals while ensuring customer satisfaction
