- Responsible for making corrective and preventive adjustments to highly complex equipment, including electropneumatic, automated, and advanced vision systems, ensuring optimal operation.
- I was part of the team responsible for developing and installing the new production line in Costa Rica, the only one among all Qorvo sites. I was in charge of verifying that the new equipment met the requirements and specifications requested from the manufacturer (Buyoff), as well as creating and documenting the Validation Protocols (Engineering studies, IQ, OQ, PQ).
- Additionally, I was responsible for documenting and developing the troubleshooting training plan for technicians, including managing work orders for operators on the new line.
- I support the engineering department in analyzing claims related to defective batches (DMR, 8D) within the assembly process, collecting and analyzing data using tools such as Excel tables, checklists, and OCAPS.
- Responsible for leading the technical team in the area during the shift, overseeing a team of five technicians.
