My position began as Manager of the SME (Small Business Enterprises) segment in charge of implementing in Costa Rica, El Salvador and Panamá with the development of the SME portfolio in which I managed to carry out different tasks until it was consolidated and became one of the most profitable in the organization.
I attach some responsibilities that I carried out during these years.
· Successfully implement the launch of the SME segment for Costa Rica (sales, processes, policies, training, hiring of personnel, customer service and advice)
· Consolidation and growth of the sales team and clients as well as the product portfolio, reaching more than double digit percentages in 2023.
· Efficient fulfillment of the tasks assigned with Central America assignment (Costa Rica, El Salvador, Panama) of the SME segment management with more than 60 sales executives and Branch Managers.
· Training of relationship executives, branch manager, support departments such as Risk and Operations in Central America.
· Implementation of marketing proposals, development of new products, events with clients and participation in specialized fairs such as Medical congresses and Expomóvil for more than 10 years.
· Teamwork to facilitate the achievement of objectives using various coaching, training and group activities tools.
· Focused on problem resolution and attention to incidents with both external and internal clients.
