  • Welcome more than 100 customers a day upon arrival at the facility and provide excellent customer service during the tour day and having interactions in order to answer questions about nature or animals around the property to create memorable experiences and increase their satisfaction.

  • equipment for the safety and performance of recreational activities such as horseback riding, volcanic mud, zip line, hot springs to create the best experience.
