Airport Rep: Flight track arrivals and organize transportation units at the airport. Prepare all documentation necessary to deliver to customers and give a warm welcome upon arrival at the airport, then accompany them in the transfer to their hotels while they are given information necessary to create the best stay for the client.
Sales Rep: Promote and close sales of tours/transfers, reaching
the sales established by the company. Provide assistance to
clients, develop and maintained positive relations and coordinated with team members to properly handle requests or questions or resolve any conflict that can be presented during their stay. In addition, following up clients departure dates and coordinate their return
to the airport for departure.
Self motivated with sense of personal responsibility
Create reservations in the system, open contracts, close contracts and charge them, keep daily inventory of vehicles, inventory of technological devices, generate daily reports. Coordinate deliveries and collections. Provides great customer service based on the established plan of sells and service. Follow up and coordinate road side assistance that customers may have in case of any situation with the vehicle.
