People leader management, coordinate with engineering, sales, order management and marketing launch per country of FGI NPIs across the organization communicating, building forecast with national and international providers, delivering results through company KPIs.
Data and material analysis for production and execution, global inventory management, global customer service, global production scheduling coordination, product and material analysis-scheduling-shipping-logistics and cost for special production projects, coordination for NPI introduction by country data authority to follow, coordinate, and execute global improvements, coordination across logistics and procurement
Create and update new KPIs for the manufacturing site.
Attracts customers, open customer accounts, updated accounts information according with customer's request, resolves service complains, contributes to team goals, global customer service, scheduling coordination, follow procedures and execute them accordingly to meet company controls.
