artificial intelligence, testing different methods for our customers and helping artificial intelligence identify different types of products through images and videos, seeing their shapes, size, textures and materials from which it was made. I also rate the same products so that artificial intelligence learns to identify them.

• Email /chats/ text messages, inbound and outbound calls, placing orders, receiving documentations, in charge of insurance verification.
• Also, creating tickets to JIRA and technical support team.

• Facilitating production efficiency by receiving and reviewing orders and production schedules, engineering issues, and addressing material shortages.
• Gathering and recording production data and creating a detailed report of the production rate.
• Upgrading product quality to keep up with market demand.
• Proposing solutions for pain points in the production cycle.
