Investigated and approached our service to make sure it meets all of the company's standards when it comes to Quality Control. I am in charge of making sure our customer service agents keep up with our product's updates and modifications to make sure it is being explained and offered in a transparent way. Was also on duty when it comes to giving/providing feedbacks regarding the way the agents handle the calls. I am also the trainer for the DMV campaign. I help new agents build up and teach what our product has been about.

Some additional courses that I participate in include online courses from CodeCademy, FreeCodeCamp, HackTheBox. During my free time I mostly like to read, study and understand how code works. I have not studied a certain major in computer science since I am still determining which area i want to excell at.

I have basic understanding how on the following languages and their syntax: Javascript, HTML 5, Python, CSS.

Online courses and youtube videos have taught me tons of things in the programming world such as making a basic calculator from python, all the way to making a "magic eight ball" guessing game using pure javascript.
