Adept at leading teams and enhancing project efficiency, my tenure at ATO Construction showcases my ability to foster teamwork and ensure high-quality workmanship. With a talent for efficient problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement, I bring both dedication and a positive attitude to every project, significantly uplifting company standards.
Physical and mental fitness have always been a pillar throughout the many chapters of my life. One such example is that I have spent many years playing and training semi-professionally in badminton, which has won me multiple awards, and sponsorships at a club/provincial level. Another example is wakeboarding, which taught me that incessant practice and fearlessness is needed to "stomp that trick". Wakeboarding has brought me a wonderful community of friends that I call family, and has also brought me to different places in the world. Currently, I find myself spending 4 months on the west coast of Costa Rica, honing my surfing skills daily. Sprinkling in the occasional half marathon and gym workouts throughout these physical adventures, I feel fulfilled by activity. To me, it is safe to say that being drawn to movement has helped me become the person I am today, and will continue to shape who I will be in the future. Because of this, I believe they have played a crucial part in my success in the work atmosphere, as I am able to dedicate myself to a task to see a satisfactory conclusion.
