At Align Technology, I began my career as a Manufacturing Operator and gradually advanced through various roles until I reached the position of CAD Designer Specialist 5, also known as Team Lead.

In my most recent role, my responsibilities included:

• Supervising daily operations on the production floor to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to established procedures.
• Coordinating and assigning tasks to team members based on production schedules and priorities.
• Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Monitoring performance metrics and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Training, guiding, and mentoring team members to foster skill development and maintain high performance levels.
• Communicating effectively with supervisors, engineers, and quality assurance personnel to resolve issues and streamline workflows.
• Conducting inspections to ensure products met all regulatory and quality requirements.
• Maintaining accurate records of production activities, incidents, and equipment usage.
• Supporting both internal and external audits and inspections.
• Promoting a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the team.
