My main job in CWT is to create travel to our corporate customer by booking them flights, hotels, car services or even trains, so they can go to their meeting, conference, training, an event, a show (depending of the company) or to sign a contract that all depending on their needs. I work with different tool like Power Express, Sabre and SAP concur, that provide us all the information of our customers as well as their preferences, and also help us to create their travel according to their needs.

• At Priceline I worked for the leisure travel department, where we booked flights, car and/or hotels for our customer for their vacation to different destination around the world.
• I used to work with Farelogix in order to book their travel and make the payments of the trip.

• I used to manage the service requests of customers through different access channels, also being responsible for validating customers entitlement, working long cases for the purpose of routing or dispatching an end-user to the proper resources.

• My responsibility was to support and respond to inquiries from customers, agents, account managers, and addressing escalated procedures through emails, billings, technical support, maintenance and sales.
• Responded to support requests from end users and patiently walked individuals through basic troubleshooting tasks.
