  • As a senior automation Integration specialist for Central American region I’m in charge of install, maintain and support the customer’s installations of proprietary FedEx software
  • Also, I’m responsible for new customer integration of FedEx software and customer software. This means in-house software development based on each customer requirements.
  • So, my role involves support, project management and develops integrations and training.
  • We work primary with Java and Oracle, but I also support PHP applications and SQL server.

  • As a System programmer (previous called IT Support Specialist), I am responsible for providing 2nd level customer support and pro-active control of the whole Microsoft SharePoint environment for Intel Corporation worldwide
  • My main role as System programmer is working with my peers (1st level and 3rd level customer support technicians around the world) in order to keep the business running and fixing any problems that may arise in the IT environment as soon as possible, thus avoiding inconveniences and contingencies for the customer
  • Also, I have to create new procedures, innovate and automate processes, identify and distribute BKM’s across the organization, and contribute to creating a more efficient and dynamic structure
  • As part of my role, I provide application support for SharePoint V2 and V3 in: SQL data base, IIS, SharePoint and Portal application
  • Also I provide infrastructure (patching, landing- building, troubleshooting, etc.) support for all the servers related with Share Point products.
