- Facilitated support groups for individuals with disabilities to encourage networking and resource sharing among participants. Act in the capacity of Supervisor, maintaining staff and providing direction for all activities. Provided leisure and recreational activities to residents with mental diagnosis in order to reinforce training curriculum,minimize behaviors,and increase resident's satisfaction. Collaborated with other team members to ensure leisure and educational opportunities. Document notes related to resident perspective of individual progress adherent to the mental health facility procedures and policies.
