As a Technical Program Manager, I've been managing multiple complex projects and guiding multidisciplinary teams to successfully deliver against key business goals. Additionally, I've been leading the cross-functional alignment of the performance and reliability engineering portions of the product life cycle.

Worked as contractor for Fiserv, as Implementation Project Manager, providing software support and implementations for clients, delivering client/internal communications regarding current implementation/support cases. I had to develop and maintain a full grasp of products and services, handling mission critical projects including client training before, during and after implementation.

As Senior Specialist Implementation, I managed medium-sized projects and/or initiatives, with knowledge of the discipline, supporting segments of several initiatives or one larger initiative.

Reviewing results of customer queries, providing solutions and/or details to technical questions.

I supervised testing for production readiness, identified technical configuration/production setup changes and provided first-round solutions to any potential issues, and assisted in setting vision for product development.

Responsible for delivery of assigned tasks within the delivery cycle of a project.

Tasks included installing new systems applications; updating applications, firmware, and drivers; creating boundaries for as well as performing configuration and testing activities; applications programming for assigned modules within a larger program; assisting in the preparation of technical presentations and demonstrations; and participating in customer meetings.

Contributed to design for specific deliverables and assisted in the development of technical solutions.

Received requests for support from business users, prioritizing them in accordance with agreed criteria and the needs of the organization in accordance with SLAs and current processes and procedures.

Investigated problems and support requests and determine appropriate action, and within area of competence, provided correct responses to requests for support.
