Agile (Scrum) Project Management:

• Initiation: This involves requirements definition and creating/managing the product backlog, transparency across the team is key to success.
• Planning and Estimates: Sprint planning, sprint backlog creation, continuous refinements.
• Implementation: Sprint creation and execution, daily scrums to inspect and adapt (Sync).
• Review: Testing, product demonstration to improve the customer satisfaction delivering value and to get feedback for creating new backlog items.
• Retrospective: Feedback for continuous process improvement and team happiness/performance.
• Increments (Release Phase): Final release of the product, release management work is key.

Currently, I lead/manage 25+ team members and supervise other related teams (support, releases, integrations, third parties, etc.). Pioneer in the implementation of the Scrum Framework in the SynOps for Marketing projects. I became into an SME and now I am a solid point of contact for other Scrum Teams.

Note: I have technical experience. I worked as a web developer for 10 years (5 years at Accenture, 5 years outside).

• Planned website development, converting mockups into usable web pages with HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3/Sass/Less/Compass, PHP/MySQL, AJAX, JSON, XML, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular and prototype.
• Enhanced user experience by implementing responsive web design, cross browsing and optimizing website performance.
• Developed custom web applications, resulting in tailored solutions for client needs from scratch or using CMS such us Wordpress, Drupal and Joomla.
• SEO (Search Engine Optimization).
• At Fundauna I developed software in visual basic .net connected to a Microsoft Access database.
• As freelancer I developed different websites for hardware stores and a complete system using PHP and MySQL for Coopegrecia.

Generally speaking I worked as a full stack developer in charge of the BE and FE of the different projects I was involved, and when I got more experience I worked as a technical lead.
