• Provides direct end-to-end support to company employees and company management as part of a centralized support solutions function to handle a variety of HR-related transactions, queries and related support. (Hires, Promotion, lateral moves, Country to Country Transfers,
  etc).
• Receives, responds and anticipates requests concerning HR policies/programs, such as employee life-cycle (e)learning, compensation & benefits, mobility, and pay & time management.
• Utilize Workday, Service Now, SAP and other HR systems to manage data and support employee lifecycle management, ensuring the accuracy of information.
• Partnership with key stakeholders such as PTB, BP, BPA, TAP to ensure compliance and an excellent service while managing HR-related queries.

Supported the onboarding and recruitment process for LATAM, Brazil,and US positions, working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and third-party vendors.

Assisted in managing the end-to-end lifecycle process for new hires,ensuring a seamless integration into the organization.

Provided comprehensive tracking services for customers,investigating shipment issues and responding to inquiries in line with service standards.
