  • In my role within the Quality department, I was tasked with the challenge of untangling and updating quality management documents concerning both MSD and Organon
  • To achieve this, I conducted process mapping and successfully redrafted Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs), including those for inbound & outbound temperature excursions and market recalls, and conducted subject matter expert (SME) interviews to facilitate updating the quality management system (QMS)
