Responsible for always keep floor running smoothly with zero shortages related to Raw Material attributable to my Purchasing responsibility. Responsible for always keep no issues regarding regulatory compliance in all internal and external audits. Responsible for obtain healthy levels of inventory during the year on purchased parts, hit inventory levels vrs quarterly forecast and maintain low expense's levels on Freight. Maintain a FAV PPV trend during the year hitting corporate forecast. Develop local sourcing supplies and obtain local savings according commitment. Participate and implement local sourcing initiatives. Participate into SAP's groups to implement and support new product launches as required.

Responsible for managing over $21M in equipment & spare parts. SAP implementation. PMA (Parts Management Agreement) process for material on consignment. Person in charge of international purchases (Spare parts and industrial equipment). Negotiation with suppliers. Coordination of International and national transports. Negotiation with carriers, freight forward and agency of customs. Coordination of insurances. Monitor the delivery times and perform the equipment nationalization. Coordination of customs proceedings. Control of levels of inventories. Coordination of export of equipment (Temporary and definitive).

Responsible for managing over $3MM packaging materials per year throughout all ALIMENTOS PRO operations. Responsible for development of the Department core materials management practices. Responsible for the development of core purchasing and inventory management practices. Zero based inventories, MRO reorder system. Responsible for procurement & logistics, analyzing and making recommendations on purchasing and inventory results.
