  • First, I supported USA accounts with processes related with subcontractors onboards, renewals, alterations, vendor POS, offboards, SCT's creation and others.
  • Them, I moved from USA to Canada area, handling the same processes for subcontractors.
  • The main objective for me is to keep contracts active and avoid expiration of IDs for resources that are working on IBM accounts on Canada.
  • I kept constantly communication with WSPs and project managers from Canadian resources, to ensure all contracts are in place and running well and off course, if there is a miss stoppage on the process, I must find the correct and fastest way to get a valid resolution to avoid resource's work interruption.
  • The accuracy on tools such as OOBT, EMF and Ariba will reflect the daily updates and will validate the constantly effort we did to ensure each process is up to date to avoid contract's expiration before the estimated end date of the purchase order.
