Accomplishments

On September 27th, 2021, ACOPROT awarded me the 2021 Enrique Torrent Saura Award for Excellence in Guest Service, one of Costa Rica's most prestigious award for Guest service in the Hospitality and Tourism industry.

In 2010, while I was the Corporate Entertainment Director for Karisma Mexico, one of the properties, The Sensatori Resort, in Mexico was awarded the Best Children's Program by Travel Leisure's surpassing the Disney Resorts.

Also upon my arrival in Cancun and Playa del Carmen, none of Karisma's Hotels and Resorts were in TUI England top ten hotels for Entertainment and after about eight months, 3 had achieved the Top five: The 2nd, The 3rd and The 5th of TUI hotels with the best entertainment as voted by thier guests.
