I started my experience in 2013 just graduated like a medical visitor for a successful laboratory Servier, handling 3 different lines of medications; antidepressant, blood vessel disorders treatment and osteoporosis. Develop to specialist doctors critical information for the appropriate handling of the patient.
At the end of 2014 I become clinical pharmacist at Caja Costarricense Del Seguro Social coordinating a clinic with the consulted by almost 10000 patients per month, excelling in staff management and patient education. Spearheaded quality improvement initiatives, significantly enhancing pharmacy practices and patient care. Expert in medication dispensing and adept at fostering professional development, ensuring high patient satisfaction through personalized counseling.
