I am a proactive leader that is focused in looking for improvement areas, for instance, reviewing the processes and training documentation so I can give suggestions on improvements or changes to them so that the workflow is driven in a more substantial way. Also, I search and test applications to identify which one is better in cost and performance. I am engaged with teamwork because the brainstorming of ideas leads the team to a better vision of the issues that need attention and a better way to get not only solutions but also results. I have acquired management skills that allow me influence people in a positive manner and be able to manage different aspects of the day-to-day work under pressure and in a multitasking way that let me cover all of the issues arisen and assign people to work on them or look for alternative ways to keep business running. I don’t wait to be assigned tasks but instead I proactively look for chances to make recommendations and suggestions for new ways of managing different aspects of work. I am a much-disciplined man who is motivated in his work and takes the time to go the extra mile, anticipating any request that can come from upper management. I really like to surprise my superiors by going one step ahead on what I have been asked to do. You can count on me at any time even when I am free because I possess ownership and the sense of urgency that IT requires to make businesses successful.
