• Provide end-to-end support, from initial consultation to post-trip follow-up, ensuring all client needs are met
• Engage with clients, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the planning process
• Manage bookings and reservations efficiently, coordinating with local vendors to deliver high-quality services
