• Client B: Worked with Transformation Management Office team on the client side that consisted of individuals from 3 affected government entities and ~30 SME engagements
• Client C: Supported development and validation of eSIM-based $1Bn growth strategy in IoT Connectivity market – Prepared analysis on market size, growth, industry trends and positioning of the competitors

Hired as an Associate Consultant in 2018 and progressively rose to the position of Team Lead after successive promotions over 4 years. Notable engagements were -

• Client A: Developed COE-based innovation strategy for European Telecom to drive growth of existing B2B portfolio resulting in $200M in revenue
• Client B: Advised a PE firm in assessing investment opportunities in a Microsoft technology-based start-up, conducting thorough market analysis, evaluating offerings and customer logos, and forecasting revenue
• Client C: Facilitated evaluation of potential Mergers & Acquisitions options and due diligence for a corporate development initiative with a Japanese client

• Recruited into a leadership fast-track role that required working with CXOs as their Associate in initial years before moving into General Management positions
• Worked with 3 different businesses of Aditya Birla Group as project manager driving leaders’ strategic priorities
