• User Termination Management: Managed termination processes for employees and interns at Plains, utilizing Active Directory to remove user access from applications such as Oracle, Mainframe, and Salesforce. Ensured accurate documentation by marking terminations in Excel after access removal.
  
• ServiceNow Integration: Handled incoming tickets via ServiceNow, specifically focusing on user terminations and ensuring timely and accurate removal of access as part of the offboarding process.
  
• Multifactor Authentication (MFA): Acquired experience in implementing and managing MFA solutions, including fingerprint authentication and phone authenticators, enhancing security measures within the organization.
  
• Current Project: Security Operations Center (SOC): Currently engaged in a SOC project with Trilith Studios, specializing in the use of Microsoft Sentinel.
