Worked for the FP&A US Retail Bank team, my role was part of the revenue team been in charge of all forecast core activities and process (Plan, Outlook, QMMF, Flash) for the Deposits Fees and Accounts. My BAU activities:

• Build forecast for the Deposits Fees for all 3-sub business (Personal Bank, Small Business and Wealth)
• Accounts forecast analysis.
• Accounts and Fees monthly business review presentation
• QMMF process leverage and support
• Main point of contact for the business and the BP&A team or any stakeholder for Fees financials related topics.
• Actuals vs Forecast fees and accounts tracking.

Worked for the FP&A US Branded Cards team, my role was part of the expense team involved in all forecast core activities and process (Plan, Outlook, Flash). My BAU activities:

• In charge of managing DBF cube loads
• Volume expense analysis
• Expense walks for Sector team
• Expense waterfalls for LFO review
• PERA model owner
• Flash/actuals accuracy tracking

Was part of the CR FP&A local team. Supporting all Risk & Control and Strategy local activities and initiatives. Main task:

• Support all FP&A team for audit requirements.
• ERRs access analysis and clean up
• EUCs support
• Mock audit exercises withy Mumbai
• Scorecard of CR FP&A
• Headcount tracking

• My role consisted in be the financial analyst for Costa Rica operations and reporting directly to the CFO, my main tasks:
• Creation and analysis of the quarterly cash flow
• Budgetary Control of country cost centers, consist search for anomalies and usual transactions.
• CFO direct assistance, help the CFO with any task the he needs, like to graphic the monthly recovery of a customer specific profile.
• Support bosses of treasury and credit & payment department, we had to work together to verify the cash flow program and see the distribution of the cash outcome and income.

• I was in charge of the recovery of all the aggregates portfolio and support the concrete portfolio; main tasks:
• Payment management of accounts and negotiations of theirs’s
• Analysis of time limits and recovery portfolio
• Recommendation about granting or application of credit
• Control and application of procedures, log of payments.
