I am in charge of giving support in the customer service department, where I clarify doubts to customers about our products by phone, messaging either by WhatsApp or some other social network.

I worked as a teacher in which I had 15 to 20 children in charge from 2 to 6 years old. I developed monthly and weekly plans, evaluations, commemorative activities and organized meetings for parents.

I worked as a teacher in which I was in charge of primary and nursery children, in which I developed monthly and weekly planning, evaluations using the different Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Power Point), I also organized meetings for parents of family and commemorative activities and events.

I was in charge of showing hardware products and providing information about them, in different fairs and/or events around the country.
