  • As a Member of Technical Staff at Wind River, I contributed to multiple initiatives, including Wind River Studio Developer-an ecosystem of containerized applications deployed on Kubernetes and built around a microservices architecture.
  • The platform featured a web interface, a CLI tool, and REST APIs. I was directly involved in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of these components. Microservices communicate via HTTP and Kafka, enabling robust and scalable interactions across the system.

  • Schoolmint - SchoolFinder
  • Schoolfinder is an web application to help US parents to find the best school around their neighborhood. Is based on Schoolmint(school-enrollment web app) app which is build on top of Ruby on Rails. This Schoolfinder, shows a web interface to allow to select different filter options to find the best school near them.

In this project I've been working with the management team located on San Francisco CA and a developers team located here at Costa Rica.

  • I designed and developed a project for selling lottery fractions. Project was develop with Ruby On Rails. Always involved in the complete app life cycle, including the conception, obtaining requirements, development, tests, deployment to production and maintenance. Mainly worked on these projects:
  • Messaging private system (MPS):
  • This system includes a web platform for managing accounts, client expirations, messages management, API for mobile app, and reports. Also, an android mobile app created by us. I created from scratch the mobile app.
  • Bets ticket sales (BTS):
  • On top of tough rules and calculations over bets, I built this system. Web application managed the vendors CRUD, all reporting, accounts maintenance, and restrictions. The Android mobile app, was developed for tablets. This mobile app, also was able to print a ticket, connecting to different bluetooth printers.

  • - Javascript & jQuery: both apps were built with javascript and jQuery for handling all user interactions with reports, accounts CRUD.
  • - PHP: information reports, JSON APIs for mobile apps and bets rules and calculations.
  • - RubyOnRails: all the platform for reports of the bet tickets sales.
  • - Python: import from HTML to MySql database.

  • Also, calling queue management for Call Centers Spoon & Rostipollos (food delivery) and Alcatel (Client Support).
  • For Alcatel, I managed the configuration of servers and his maintenance.
