Work History

Foreman/Supervisor

Allran Electric of New York
11.2022 - 08.2025

After many years with my previous company, I was fortunate enough to join Allran Electric as a sub foreman/foreman in Manhattan. The first project involved a high-end theater for 194 people, a commercial kitchen and office space.

Following its completion, I moved on to 375 Park Avenue as a foreman on a project for Blue Owl Capital, the multibillion dollar asset management firm. There, I was responsible for two of five floors being renovated, and was successful in completing that job on time and under budget. The floors completed included a commercial kitchen, two large outdoor terraces, multiple conference rooms with high-end finishes throughout, 60+ offices, as well as multiple pantries and bathrooms.

After the completion of the Blue Owl Project, I remained in the building as a general foreman and began the refit construction of two more floors for a new client, Advent International. This project was also completed on time, under budget, and contained upscale finishes throughout the conference rooms, pantries and bathrooms.

Most recently, I was a sub foreman on a project for Bain Capital, a global private investment firm with $185 billion in assets. There I managed two floors. Although I left the location, I still provide support to my team.

Journeyman Electrician/Foreman

Dooley Electric
01.2007 - 10.2022

Over the course of nearly sixteen years at Dooley Electric, progressing from apprentice, to role of Journeyman and then eventually to becoming Foreman, came with the responsibility of delegating the work to the crew, ordering of all materials, scheduling deliveries, and staying ahead of the jobs progression . With as many as 7 different jobs going on simultaneously , shifting manpower from site to site proved my ability to multitask, and maintain a productivity was one of my best learned skills. Building relations with vendors as well as the NYPH/Cornell staff of which was an important part of my daily routine. After working 10 years building and maintaining within the New York Presbyterian Hospital/ Cornell University campus, I mastered and learning all the different systems that are involved within healthcare ( Nurse call systems, Lighting Control systems such as Lutron, Crestron, Wattstopper, Fire Alarm systems etc) I had built enough confidence to take what I had learned , apply it outside of healthcare , and landed myself as the general foreman at CookFox architecture firm office build out at 250w 57th street in Manhattan, the NFL experience in Time Square New York , an innovative 6 floor project which included a two story , 200 seat ,4D theater, incorporating snow and wind machines, and robotic seating . From there I went on to some more healthcare construction for Mt. Sinai at 787 11th Ave, as well as Mount Sinai Union Square on 14th street.
