• A Place for Mom - Senior Living: Played a key role in a Rails 4 to Rails 6 migration of the two principal revenue making machines, while improving SEO and lead-to-lease overall conversion by 11%, in the doors of the Covid-19 global pandemic.
• WeedMaps: Directed a geographically distributed team of six in the migration of a legacy Rails 3 to Rails 6 monolith, while transitioning from an unsupported ORM (Data Mapper) into Active Record, contributing to an estimated segment of 3% of their total online sales.

• Designed, implemented, delivered and verified customizations of several features within the SchoolMint Enrollment and Lottery product, securing five of the biggest Enterprise SchoolMint customers in the need of these customizations.
